There is no problem if you are new to, or know nothing about, website design and development. We provide development and design services for new websites, consulting services, and maintenance & enhancement services on existing websites. However, we think our focus on customer satisfaction is the most important service we provide. I have an idea, but I know nothing about websites. Where do I start?
You start by contacting us via our Contact us page. We will respond to your email to get your details. We know what you need to start a web project, and we know how to complete it. For a beginner there are many details that might be overlooked, such as how to find the right webhosting and how to acquire a domain name. Fortunately, we are able to help you with all this.
I have a website, but would like to add some functionality or change the design.
Not a problem. We will work with you to insure you get the functionality and design you like. Our maintenance work on existing websites is affordable, fast, and professional.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
These are question that are difficult to answer. It depends on your needs. By viewing our Prices page, you can get an idea on the price. Remember, we build only original websites. We do not use generic designs like many low cost website developers. In fact, we encourage you to not pay for generic websites at all. Acquire a software, create generic pages, upload some pictures yourself, and create a generic website on your own. There really is no reason to pay for generic websites with little or no control over functionality and design. With us, you get a website that is designed for you, your business, and your customers. Regarding project completion time, we can tell you that some websites are completed in 4 weeks or less, while some will take longer. It all depends on what functionality and what design need to be built in.
How can I be sure that all functionality is built in during development?
We provide a development platform that enables our customers to see the design and test the functionality as the project is being developed. Upon project completion, you will be given enough time to review and test your functionality before submitting final payment. Any issues will be resolved immediately by our development staff. Customer satisfaction is our only goal.
Web Consulting Solutions are currently able to help our customers with translations in English, French, German, and Swedish. As this is considered a separate project, there are additional fees for translations.
25% of overall project cost is due at project start, 50% of overall project cost is due upon approval of website design and functionality, and the remaining 25% of overall project cost is due upon project completion. For non-website projects, 50% is due at project start and 50% is due at project completion.
